Shipping policy
SHIPPING & POSTAGE - Please ensure delivery details are correct when placing you order. Young Print Co takes no responsibility for lost items posted by us to an address that has been incorrectly provided by the customer. If your package is going to a business address please ensure business details are provided. Young Print Co does not take any responsibility for ANY lost packages. Once a package has left our warehouse, the shipment, handling and delivery is completely out of our control.
All items are sent via Australia Post. All orders will be shipped with tracking provided via email. Express Post is available at additional fees - this will also be sent with tracking details.
For Shipping to countries outside of Australia, please select PICK UP and contact Young Print Co via youngprintco@gmail.com for an individualised international shipping invoice. Orders WILL NOT be made, packed or posted until your shipping invoice has been paid. Orders will be cancelled within 24 hours if a shipping invoice has not been paid.
SHIPPING EXPECTATIONS - Australia Post can be unpredictable especially in peak seasons such as Christmas, therefore we ask that you allow extra time for delivery. Normal delivery period for National Orders is 2-8 business days. International Orders can take 10-21 days depending on destination.
